SHIPPING
The form of shipment shall depend on the cost and delivery time preferred by the customer. Shipment by DHL or EMS (“Express Mail Service”) is offered.
DELIVERY TIMES
The shipment cost is calculated automatically after choosing the region at the check-out. We ship directly from our factory in Mongolia throughout the world.
By DHL- 5-8 working days
By EMS express- 5-10 working days
By EMS regular – 14-21 working days
RETURN POLICY
We are happy to refund or exchange any purchases within 7 days from delivery.
All returns must be sent via courier or registered mail with the original shipping materials and original shipping invoice included. Only unused products in their original condition that has a manufacturing defect will be refunded. We will refund the paid amount along with shipping charges that may have been applied to your order (listed separately on your invoice). The customer is responsible for any shipping charges that may apply to exchange product.
