1. PRICING AND SHIPMENT
Pricing
All prices are shown with VAT excluded. VAT shall be considered when applicable in the importing country.
Customs
EU and UK: Cashmere and other wool products of Mongolian origin are free of import duty at the European customs (“GSP+” system). Only the VAT of the importing country shall be added to the EXW price.
Japan: Cashmere and other wool products of Mongolian origin are free of import duty at the Japanese customs (“EPA”). Only the VAT of the importing country shall be added to the EXW price.
Rest of the World: Customs duty and VAT shall be added on the customs value (EXW).
Shipping
Shipment shall depend on the cost and delivery time preferred by the customer. Shipment by DHL or EMS (“Express Mail Service”) is offered for shipping.
Delivery Times
The shipment cost is calculated automatically after choosing the region at the check-out. We ship directly from our factory in Mongolia throughout the world.
By DHL- 5-8 working days
By EMS express- 5-10 working days
EMS regular – 14-21 working days
2. RETURN POLICY
We refund or exchange any purchases within 7 days from delivery. All returns must be sent via courier or registered mail with the original shipping materials and original shipping invoice included. Only unused products in their original condition that has a manufacturing defect will be refunded. We will refund the paid amount along with shipping charges that may have been applied to your order (listed separately on your invoice).
3. ORDERING
Packaging
All products shall have carton tags and individual packages.
Label
All products are labeled under Munkh Cashmere.
Customization
Customized designs can be considered. (contact customer service for details)
Sizing
Sizes are of the EU standard.
Colour
All products are available in the colors specified on the product page.
4. PAYMENT
100% of the product cost and the shipment cost is proceeded at the checkout. www.munkhcashmere.com is secured by SSL Certificates. (Secure Sockets Layer)
5. PRIVACY
We are committed to respecting our customer’s privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of Personal Information that is shared with us. This privacy policy provides guidance on how MUNKH treats, uses, and shares your information.
Automatic registration software collects non-personal information such as IP address, search browser when you enter our website. In order to develop and improve the website, we control the use of the customer’s website by cookies.
